Although Carlson Craft processes your order, Winstons/RSVP is always available to assist you in placing your order and in keeping you advised of your order status.

ABOUT OUR SPECIAL OFFERS:

Free Thank You Notes and/or Informals

Winstons/RSVP will send you thank you notes or informals equal in number to the number of invitations ordered. All you need to do is put one or the other on your order, and the retail value of the items will be deducted from your final invoice.

Envelope Addressing Special

Winstons/Rsvp will gladly address your envelopes. When purchased though this website, we will address them for $ .90 cents per wedding set (outer and inner envelope) - Free guest list provided for your convenience in keeping track of invitation responses. For further information about this special service, contact us by e-mail.

ABOUT SHIPPING CHARGES:

Shipping charges will be automatically calculated by reference to the total weight of your order and will appear on your invoice. You will be offered several shipping options from which to select, such as Ground, Overnight, Second Day Air, Three-Day Select, etc.

ABOUT CHANGING OR CANCELLING MY ORDER:

The main advantage with placing your order direct with Carlson Craft is the ease with which your order is processed. When you order stationery online, it is very important to be precise and to proofread your order before you submit it for processing. The reason for this is that when you place an order, it is usually processed within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

Orders can only be changed or cancelled prior to 12 o'clock midnight on the second business day after your order is placed. Please see below for further details regarding this policy:
